Authorities investigated an assault Friday night at the Festival of Ice in Lewistown.  Lewistown Borough Police say the incident took place just after 7:30 pm near KC’s Gifts and Jewelry on Monument Square.  Two juveniles were involved in a physical altercation.  The victim sustained a chipped tooth and a laceration to the lower lip.  The […]
