Authorities are searching for the operator of a Chevy Cruz involved in a one-vehicle weekend crash in Huntingdon County.  The incident took place at 2:45 am Sunday on Petersburg Pike in Logan Township.  The driver fled the scene after the Cruz traveled off the roadway and struck a tree.  A passenger in the vehicle, Matthew Hack of Petersburg, was trapped in the wreckage and sustained a head injury and a broken hip.  He was transported to Altoona Hospital.  Hack’s head injury prevented him from remembering the driver’s identity.  Anyone with information should contact State Police at Huntingdon at 814-627-3161.
