State Police arrested an area man in Smithfield Township, Huntingdon County for failure to comply with Megan’s Law. Police say 61-year-old Rodney Leonard of Huntingdon was charged on August 8th while working as a ride operator on Fairgrounds Road. He was listed as non-compliant with Megan’s Law by failing to report and register with authoirities. […]
