Good morning,A Meadville man is headed to trial after allegedly stealing from his employer. Police say 37-year-old Timothy McIntyre waived his preliminary hearing Monday. Investigators say he made multiple trips to a garage behind Walgreens on North Street, where he’s accused of taking bags of road salt. He remains in the Crawford County Jail on 10-thousand dollars bail.In Lawrence County, drivers in New Castle can expect delays for a few more weeks — PennDOT says lane restrictions along Route 18 at Mahoning Avenue and parts of Jefferson Street, will be in place through late May.And in Crawford County, the planned closure of a Meadville manufacturing plant is expected to impact nearly 70 workers. LNS North America says operations will be consolidated in North Carolina, with some employees offered relocation or remote work options.
