Police say 24-year-old Christen Hall fired multiple rounds during a dispute Thursday on Lynn Street. No injuries were reported, but Hall is charged with 13 counts of wanton endangerment and is being held on a $520,000 bond.And a new air quality report shows mixed results for the region.
