Court records show Sykes faces formal counts of murder, first-degree wanton endangerment, and criminal mischief following a fatal collision on Corvette Drive. He is currently being held in the Warren County Regional Jail on a strict one-million-dollar cash bond.Meanwhile, the same grand jury has handed down multiple first-degree rape and assault indictments against thirty-eight-year-old Mang Meng, setting his cash bond at twenty-five thousand dollars.And Warren County Public Schools have finalized a critical anti-hunger partnership with the Feeding America regional food bank.
